Lindsay works with MALL’s board, staff, and community to shape its strategic vision while managing operations, fundraising, and finances. She recently served as the Community Engagement Director at Open Signal in Portland, Oregon where she helped transform a public access television center with a 30 year legacy into a thriving media arts center with artist residencies, community-driven programming, and partnerships. Prior to her time in the Pacific Northwest she spent five years in the Education and Community Programs department at the Walker Art Center where she managed tours for all ages and worked on public programs like Free First Saturdays and Open Field. She holds a BFA in Photography from the Minneapolis College of Art and Design.

Teresa Audet is an artist and furniture maker based in Northeast Minneapolis. Audet holds a BFA in Furniture Design from the Minneapolis College of Art and Design and has studied at the Mount Fuji School of Fine Woodworking in Yamanashi, Japan. As well as other grants, she has been awarded an Artist Initiative Grant from the Minnesota State Arts Board and a Next Step grant from the Metro Regional Arts Council, A full-time artist, she has participated in artist residencies as well as held solo and group exhibitions nationwide, Audet teaches furniture and art making in several spaces in the twin cities, including the Women’s Woodshop.

Emylisa manages MALL's marketing strategies and communications and organizes volunteers. She recently earned her MFA in Poetry from the University of South Carolina. Before returning to school, she worked in the independent publishing and nonprofit arts industries. Notable places include Coffee House Press, Consortium Book Sales & Distribution, and The Loft Literary Center.
